All orders with Wolverine Airsoft are custom built-to-order. Upon successful payment of all charges, our production and logistics departments will ship your order within 24 to 78 business hours; any deviation from this time-frame will be clearly communicated by Wolverine Airsoft.
Buyers outside of the United States will be responsible for any and all duties, fees, and taxes for the products they order.
Wolverine Airsoft is not responsible for parcels lost in-transit. If you are interest in insuring your package, please contact Wolverine Airsoft via firstname.lastname@example.org prior to shipment and this can be arranged.
Wolverine Airsoft 3 Month Limited Warranty
Your Wolverine Airsoft Product carries a 3 month limited warranty which covers all defects
in manufacturing and material for the first 3 months from the date of purchase. Wolverine
Airsoft will repair or replace any defective parts at their discretion.
This warranty is non-transferrable.
In order to be eligible for warranty service the unit must be presented with original bill of
sale or receipt. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse/abuse of the system,
improper installation, or operating the Wolverine Airsoft Product outside of the
manufacturer's specified operating range.
Not covered by this warranty are:
- Normal component wear and tear
- Acts of God
- Component modifications not performed by Wolverine Airsoft

It is the responsibility of the customer to ship the unit to Wolverine Airsoft at the customer's expense for warranty repair/replacement. Return shipping to the customer will be provided by Wolverine Airsoft, LLC (WA) via United States Postal System (USPS) or other courier at WA's discretion. Standard time for warranty return shipments is generally 2-4 business days for domestic (USA) and up to 15 days for international shipments depending on your country's customs agency.
International customers may be directed to ship their units to an authorized service center within their country or region instead of shipping to our facilities in the USA.
